1 Combine corn syrup and butter in a large pot and heat until butter melts, stirring frequently. Mix in pudding mix, combine well and let boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. 2 Take pot off heat and let rest for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Mix in cornflakes and peanuts and combine well. Spoon mixture by tablespoon onto a wax sheet covered baking pan. Let cool until firm.
