Creamy and refreshing homemade sorbet that combines buttermilk, orange juice, honey, and strawberries.

Servings

1 cup low fat buttermilk
0.5 cup Strawberries, fresh, pureed
0.25 cup cold water
0.25 cup honey
0.5 tsp grated orange peel
1 tbsp orange juice

1 In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
2 Pour into a cake pan and freeze until almost solid.
3 Break into chunks and beat with an electric mixer on high until smooth, refreeze until solid.

This can be prepared up to 2 days in advance.
