Ingredients
0.67 cup wheat, bulgur, dry
0.67 cup cold water , boiling
2 tbsp golden raisins (or dark)
0.12 tsp salt
0.12 tsp ground cumin


Directions
1 Put the bulgur in a bowl and pour the boiling water on top. Mix in the raisins, salt, and cumin.
2 Let sit for 30 minutes then fluff and serve.
