Directions
1 Place a broiler rack 6 inches from source of heat. Preheat broiler.
2 Place carambola slices on a baking sheet and brush with lemon juice.
3 Sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil until sugar bubbles and begins to darken, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
4 Meanwhile, scoop frozen yogurt into 4 dessert dishes. Top each serving with 4 carambola slices.
Additional Information
Consider dusting some cinnamon or nutmeg onto the carambola as well. Carambola, known commonly as star fruit, can be found in the produce section of most major supermarkets.
