Ingredients
2.25 cup fat free unsalted beef broth
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 pinch black pepper
0.5 tsp Pinch of Herbs seasoning
1 pinch salt (to taste)


Directions
1 Mix together broth or drippings, cornstarch, and pepper in a small saucepan until smooth.
2 Cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly using a wire whisk.
3 Add salt if necessary.
Additional Information
You can use cold fat-free drippings instead of the broth, or combined, for a total of 2 1/4 cups.
