Ingredients
4 salmon fillet , rinsed and patted dry
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tsp tarragon, leaves, ground , crushed
1 medium lemons , cut into 4 slices
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat the broiler. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.
2 Season the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Set the salmon on the broiler pan and sprinkle half of the tarragon on top.
3 Broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over, sprinkle the remaining tarragon on top, and broil for another 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with the lemon slices.
