Servings
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onions , peeled and sliced
3 medium garlic cloves , peeled and crushed
2.5 cup Beans, green, with almonds, frozen
1 Broccoli, spears, frozen, 10oz package
0.5 lb fresh mushrooms , cut into chunks
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions
1 Prepare oil, onions and garlic the Enlitened way (see below).
2 Add remaining vegetables and steam for 15 minutes until tender but not too soft, so that beans and broccoli retain their bright green color.
3 Sprinkle soy sauce liberally and mix carefully; so as not to smash the vegetables. Correct seasoning.
Additional Information
To prepare onions and garlic - Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil together with the cooking spray in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for a few seconds. Add onions; stir and lower heat. Cook until onions start to brown, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and a few drops of water, the mixture will start to brown. Cook another few minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan so that nothing sticks.
