Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli , cut into florets
1 cooking spray
1 tbsp olive oil
4 medium garlic cloves , sliced thin
1 medium red bell peppers , sliced thin
1 pinch hot red pepper flakes (to taste)


Directions
1 Place broccoli in boiling water until crisp yet tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl.
2 Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray, add oil, and heat over medium heat.
3 Sauté the garlic and red pepper for 3 minutes. Add in the broccoli and mix well. Season with red pepper flakes and serve.
