Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 lb Broccoli, stalk, medium, fresh , trimmed and cut into stalks
4 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (dark sesame oil)
0.25 tsp black pepper , freshly ground


Directions
1 Lightly toast sesame seeds in a small nonstick pan over medium high heat. Stir often for 2-3 minutes; set aside.
2 Boil or steam broccoli until tender, drain. Place cooked broccoli in a serving bowl and add all of the ingredients including the toasted seeds. Toss well to coat and serve.
Additional Information
For even easier preparation use pre-cut broccoli florets or frozen.
