Ingredients
1.25 lb fresh broccoli florets , trimmed and cut int
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 olive oil cooking spray
2 tbsp reduced fat feta crumbles
1 pinch black pepper (freshly grated )


Directions
1 Steam broccoli, covered, for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
2 Place the broccoli in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3 Coat with cooking spray and toss with feta cheese and pepper to taste.
4 Serve immediately.
Additional Information
Fat-free feta may be used as well.
