Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 small onions , chopped
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
3 cup fresh broccoli florets
2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted


Directions
1 Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic. Mix in the broccoli and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
2 Pulse the buttermilk and cumin seed in the blender until smooth.
3 Combine the buttermilk mixture and the broccoli mixture. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
Additional Information
Best when served chilled.
