Ingredients
4.5 cup fresh broccoli florets , chopped
1.5 cup sliced zucchini
12 oz chopped green bell peppers (equal to 1 1/2 cups)
1.5 cup fresh mushroom slices
0.5 cup fresh cherry tomatoes , cut in half (12 tomatoes)
3 fresh green onions , sliced
1 oz seedless raisins
0.33 cup sour cream
0.33 cup mayonnaise
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
3 oz whole milk
3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1 cup romaine lettuce , torn


Directions
1 In large bowl, mix broccoli, zucchini, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, and raisins.
2 In small bowl whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, milk, and blue cheese until well combined.
3 Drizzle dressing over vegetable mixture. Toss well to coat.
4 Cover and chill until ready to serve.
5 Garnish salad bowl with lettuce before serving.
Additional Information
Salad can also be served on bed of mixed greens, spinach or thinly sliced red cabbage. Also can be spooned into scooped out tomato halves.
