Ingredients
8 oz Broccoli Rabe, fresh (1 bunch)
0.5 cup cold water
2 medium garlic cloves , minced or pressed
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce


Directions
1 Wash the broccoli rabe and remove any tough stems. Chop it and set it aside.
2 Combine the water, garlic, and soy sauce in a saucepan, bring it to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe, cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until crisp tender.
Additional Information
A very healthy side dish. Can also substitute spinach for broccoli rabe.
