Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
3 Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet.
4 Add broccoli, onions, and mushrooms; cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
5 Mix the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.
6 Stir in the egg substitute and milk with a spoon until smooth.
7 Add the broccoli mixture and cheese. Stir to mix evenly.
8 Pour into the pie plate.
9 Bake about 35 minutes. Top should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

Great to serve for brunch.
