Ingredients
2.25 cup fresh broccoli florets , chopped
1.25 cup fresh cauliflower , chopped
0.5 cup fresh chopped onion
1.5 oz bacon bits , about 3 tbsp (Hormel preferred)
0.75 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded (Kraft preferred)
0.5 cup fat free mayonnaise (Kraft preferred)
2 tbsp sweetener (sugar substitute) (Sugar Twin preferred)
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar


Directions
1 Mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon bits, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
2 In a smaller bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweetener, and vinegar. Add this mixture to the vegetable mixture.
3 Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, and stir once more before serving.
