Directions
1 Mix together the egg and water in a dish.
2 In a separate dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
3 Coat both sides of the brie with the egg mixture then place in the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides. Repeat this step once more.
4 Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray and set the brie on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
6 Bake for about 10 minutes. Decorate with the rosemary sprigs.
Additional Information
Serve with low-fat crackers or French baguette bread slices.
