1 floz cold water
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
0.25 tsp ground allspice (optional)
1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
2 tbsp cold water
1.5 cup All-Bran cereal
3 tbsp butter


Directions
1 In small saucepan or microwave, melt butter.
2 Place bran in sealed plastic bag, crush with rolling pin.
3 In small bowl, mix crushed bran, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice (if desired).
4 Drizzle butter and water over bran mixture. Mix well.
5 Press crumbs evenly into 9" pie pan.
6 Use as filling directs.
7 If filling calls for a pre-baked crust, bake in preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
