Ingredients
6 medium garlic cloves , sliced
0.12 tsp hot red pepper flakes (or more, to taste)
1 Broccoli Raab, fresh, stalk , 1 ½ in removed from stem end
0.5 cup vegetable broth
0.25 cup Cheese, parmesan, shredded
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Coat large saucepan with olive oil cooking spray, and place over medium heat. Add garlic and red-pepper flakes, and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until garlic is lightly browned.
2 Add broccoli rabe, and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Add broth. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. Top with cheese.
Additional Information
A great side dish or party appetizer.
