Ingredients
0.5 lb Greens, Belgian endive, fresh , sliced into rings
1 medium apples , diced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp walnut oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
0.5 cup cold water
2 tbsp Vinegar, apple cider, filtered
1 tbsp chopped parsley


Directions
1 Put the endive, apple, lemon juice, walnut oil, salt, and pepper in medium pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, covered. Steam for about 10 minutes.
2 Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Decrease the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Mix in the vinegar. Top with the parsley.
