Ingredients
1 cooking spray
2 tbsp mayonnaise
0.25 cup sour cream
2 tsp crumbled blue cheese
0.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
1 lb chicken tenders
1 oz habanero sauce
6 cup Lettuce, iceberg , torn
1 fresh tomatoes , chopped
1 medium carrots , cut into matchstick-thin strips
1 red onion , finely chopped


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
3 In small mixing bowl, make dressing by combining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, and vinegar. Set aside.
4 In separate bowl, lightly toss chicken with hot sauce.
5 Place chicken in single layer on baking sheet.
6 Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray and bake until thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes, turning once.
7 Remove from oven and cut into 1-inch pieces.
8 In large serving bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, and dressing from step three. Mix well.
9 Top with chicken. Serve immediately.
