Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Lightly spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
3 In a large bowl mix the flour, oats, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4 In a separate bowl, mix the oil, eggs, and banana with an electric mixer until combined.
5 Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
6 Fold blueberries in gently, and spoon into loaf pan.
7 Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 70-80 minutes.
8 Remove pan and cool for 10 minutes, then remove bread from pan and serve warm.
Additional Information
Try natural wheat bran instead of oat bran.
