Ingredients
1.5 oz crumbled blue cheese
0.25 tsp ground sage leaves , crumbled
0.25 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 medium pears (Bosc)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice


Directions
1 Combine cheese, sage, and garlic in a small bowl.
2 Cut pears in half; brush cut side of each pear half with lemon juice just before serving.
3 Fill each half with an equal amount of cheese mixture.
Additional Information
If desired, place until broiler for a few minutes to make a nice glaze.
