Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Spray nonstick cooking spray into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
3 In a medium bowl, beat margarine with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
4 Continue beating and slowly add in sugar until well mixed.
5 Add egg mixture and vanilla; beat well.
6 In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix well.
7 Add dry mixture to wet mixture and beat well.
8 Stir in butterscotch morsels and spoon into coated pan.
9 Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into 30 squares.
Additional Information
Delicious plain or serve with a dollop of ice cream on top.
