Ingredients
6 cup red cabbage, shredded
0.5 lb red grapes , halved (seedless)
1 cup chopped parsley
0.75 cup light mayonnaise , if desired) (reduced-calorie, if desired)
4 tbsp Cheese, blue, crumbled
4 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar


Directions
1 In large bowl, toss cabbage, grapes, and parsley. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl, add to the slaw and toss well.
2 Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
3 If desired, sprinkle with additional crumbled blue cheese and garnish with red grapes.
