0.5 oz Smucker's Sweet Orange Low Sugar Marmalade , equal to 1 tablespoon
4 oz roasted red peppers with brine , drained and chopped (equal to 1/2 cup)
2 medium garlic cloves , roasted
0.5 cup Beans, black, mature, cooked
1 tsp fresh lime juice (key lime juice can be used)
1 pinch kosher salt (optional, to taste)
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground (optional, to taste)
1 tsp fresh cilantro (optional, to taste)


Directions
1 Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until blended.
Additional Information
Remeber to not overprocess. The salsa should remain somewhat chunky.
