Ingredients
1 cooking spray
3 oz ground pork , lean
2 tbsp fresh chopped onion , chopped finely
1.5 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.33 cup Beans, black, canned
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce, unsalted, canned
1 tbsp red wine , dry
1.5 tsp fresh cilantro , chopped
0.12 tsp ground cumin
0.12 tsp ground allspice
10 oz refrigerated pizza dough


Directions
1 Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
2 Add the ground pork, onion, red pepper, and garlic and continue cooking until the meat is browned.
3 Let meat drain and pat dry with paper towels. Wipe skillet dry with a paper towel then return the meat to the skillet.
4 Stir in the black beans, tomato sauce, red wine, cilantro, cumin, and allspice. Continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes over medium high heat.
5 Roll out the pizza dough and cut out 12 3 1/2 inch round circles with a biscuit cutter.
6 Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray and lay out the dough circles on them.
7 Spoon 1 tablespoon of the pork and bean mixture onto each then fold dough in half over filling and press edges together with a fork.
8 Spray empanaditas with cooking spray. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 375 degrees F.
