Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse meal; add the yogurt and honey, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
2 Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead four times. Roll the dough to ½-inch thickness. Cut with a cutter or floured water glass about 2 ½ inches wide; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Serve while hot.
