Ingredients
1.5 cup fresh raspberries
1.5 cup fresh strawberries ,
1.5 cup cold water
0.75 cup red wine (or cranberry juice)
3 tbsp sugar
0.5 cup half & half
4 tbsp sour cream
0.25 cup fresh blueberries
1 oz fresh mint


Directions
1 In large saucepan, heat raspberries, strawberries, water, wine, and sugar to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until berries are tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
2 In a food processor or blender, purée berries mixture. Strain mixture, discarding seeds.
3 Add half-and-half and mix. Refrigerate until chilled.
4 To serve, ladle soup into individual serving bowls. Top with 1 tablespoon each of sour cream and blueberries. Garnish with mint.
Additional Information
Frozen unsweetend berries can be substituted.
