Ingredients
0.33 cup reduced fat sour cream
0.5 small bananas , cut into chunks
1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cup fresh sliced strawberries (or blueberries or raspberries or a combination)
1 pinch ground cinnamon (or nutmeg)


Directions
1 In a blender combine the sour cream, banana, and juice concentrate. Cover and blend until smooth.
2 Place berries in 2 bowls Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Additional Information
Double the recipe and refrigerate for later.
