Servings
Ingredients
1 instant mushroom soup, dry packet
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 large onion , about 2 pounds, thinly sliced


Directions
1 In a large bowl combine the soup mix, brown sugar, oil and ketchup. Add onions, toss to coat.
2 Spoon into foil bag. Double fold open end of bag to seal.
3 Grill, turning bag over halfway through cooking, 25 minutes or until onions are tender.
4 If using oven, preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place foil bag on large baking pan on bottom rack and bake, turning bag over halfway through cooking, 45 minutes or until onions are tender.
5 Serve on hotdogs, hambugers or sausage or steak sandwiches.
Additional Information
Tastes great even over salad.
