Ingredients
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp black peppercorns
4 medium garlic cloves
1.5 lb Beef, top round steak, raw , about 1 1/2 inches thick
1 pinch vegetable oil (or olive oil)
1 pinch salt


Directions
1 Using a blender or food processor, place sugar, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, peppercorns, and garlic.
2 Process until seeds and garlic are crushed. Rub beef with oil, pat on spice mixture. Season generously with salt.
3 Lightly oil hot grid to prevent sticking. Grill beef on covered grill over medium low heat 16 to 20 minutes for medium rare or until desired doneness, turning once.
4 Let stand 5 minutes before cutting across the grain into thin diagonal slices.
Additional Information
Goes great with potatoes and salad.
