1 lb top sirloin steak, lean , cut 3/4 inch thick
0.33 cup Salad Dressing, caesar , non-creamy
2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 cup quick cooking brown rice
2 cup Vegetables, frozen , such as baby green and yellow beans and carrots
2 tbsp Salad Dressing, caesar , non-creamy
2 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded (optional)


Directions
1 Cut beef steak crosswise into four equal pieces.
2 Place steaks and 1/3 cup dressing in food-safe plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
3 Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Season steaks with lemon pepper seasoning.
4 Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook about 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.
5 Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions, including salt but omitting butter. When adding rice to saucepan, stir in vegetables.
6 When rice is done, stir in 2 tablespoons dressing.
7 Serve with steaks. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
