2 lb extra lean top round steak , cut 3/4 inch thick
1 medium onions , sliced
10.75 oz cream of celery soup, 98% fat free (1 can)
0.5 tsp ground oregano , crushed
0.25 tsp ground thyme , crushed
0.25 tsp black pepper
3 cup cooked pasta (optional)


Directions
1 Remove fat from meat. Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
2 Place onion in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. Add meat. In a small bowl combine soup, oregano, thyme and pepper. Pour over meat.
3 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles (optional).
