16 oz plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh basil , chopped
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp salt
1 fresh basil leaves (optional)


Directions
1 Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels, spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
2 Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 5 minutes. Scrape yogurt into a bowl using a rubber spatula.
3 Add basil, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well. Garnish with fresh basil sprig, if desired.
Additional Information
Serve with fresh vegetables or as a topping for baked potatoes.
