Ingredients
8 whole loin lean pork chops
1 tsp vegetable oil (as needed for cooking pork chops)
0.5 cup Ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seeds
0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
0.33 cup Vinegar, distilled, white
1 cup cold water
1 bay leaves


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2 In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown both sides of the pork chops.
3 In a bowl combine ketchup, salt, celery seed, nutmeg, vinegar, water, and bay leaf.
4 Pour the sauce over chops.
5 Bake in oven for 90 minutes. Turn chops once during baking.
Additional Information
These are great with fresh greens and mashed potatoes.
