Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2 Place all of the ingredients except beef in a bowl and mix together at low speed. Blend well.
3 Now add beef and mix at low speed until blended.
4 Shape into a loaf of about 3 1/2" X 7" and place in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5 Bake for about 1 hour.
6 Pour off any fat drippings and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
