Directions
1 Light the grill and spray the rack with the cooking spray.
2 Coat the chicken and onion with the barbecue sauce. Grill the chicken, onion, and pineapple, covered, for 5 minutes then turn over and grill for another 5 minutes.
3 Put the chicken breast on bottom slice of bun. Top with the onion, pineapple, and top half of bun.

Try using whole-wheat hamburger buns.
