1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
0.75 Banana, medium, fresh , coarsely chopped (or 3/4 mango)
3 tbsp sugar
12 ice cubes


Directions
1 Process all the ingredients in a food processor blender until the ice is crushed and the drink is frothy.
2 If using mango, strain through a mesh sieve to remove the mango fiber, if desired.
3 Serve immediately.
Additional Information
Typically served with spicy Indian cuisine. A delicious blend of plain yogurt, mango, banana, and sugar!
