Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 Combine the rice, banana, milk powder, water, maple, cinnamon, sesame seeds, orange juice, and blueberries. Add egg whites and fold to mix.
3 Transfer the mixture into a 4 x 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
4 Bake for about 1 hour.


Additional Information
You can use 1 tablespoon of raisins instead of blueberries.
