0.5 cup Sour Cream, nonfat
2 oz low fat cream cheese
7 tsp fat free milk
3 stevia packet (equivalent of 2 tbsp sugar)
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch ground nutmeg
6 Banana, medium, fresh , unpeeled


Directions
1 Place all the ingredients (except the nutmeg and bananas) in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
2 Place 2 tbsp of cheese mixture into each of six small refrigerator-proof containers. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional). Cover the containers and refrigerate.
3 When ready to serve, peel bananas and dip into the sauce.
