Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes , medium
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley


Directions
1 Put the potatoes in a saucepan, fill with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes. Transfer the potatoes onto a cutting board and peel.
2 Slice the potatoes into 1/2-inch thick pieces and set on a plate. Sprinkle the vinegar, pepper, and parsley on top.
Additional Information
Serve with a meat like turkey, pork, or beef.
