Servings
Ingredients
0.33 cup olive oil
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 lb fresh medium mushrooms , sliced
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp white wine
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 Saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. (Do not allow garlic to brown).
2 Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine, cook another 2 minutes and serve.
Additional Information
This goes great as a side dish with steak or chicken.
