4 asparagus spears, fresh, small , ends trimmed, cut into 3-inch lengths
0.5 medium red bell peppers , cut into 1/2 " wide strips
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt (to taste)
1 pinch , freshly ground (to taste)


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large, re-sealable plastic bag, combine the asparagus, red pepper, vinegar, and oil. Shake the bag to coat well.
2 Place the asparagus and red pepper on a small non-stick baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, spreading the pieces out so they are not touching.
3 Bake for 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
