Servings
Ingredients
3 cup cooked chicken breast, diced , cold
1 cup Apples, fresh, chopped , diced
0.5 cup fresh chopped celery , diced
2 fresh green onions , chopped
0.5 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, apple, celery, onion, and walnuts.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and oil and pour over the chicken mixture.
3 Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
4 Let rest 10 to 15 minutes, mix again and chill.
5 Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Additional Information
If you don't have walnuts, try any other kind of nuts for that crunchy texture.
