1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly mist a large baking dish with cooking spray. 2 Rinse halibut; pat dry with paper towels. Place halibut in the baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper as desired. 3 In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, melted margarine, Dijon mustard, red onion, and parsley. Pat crumb mixture on top of the halibut, then lightly drizzle with the wine. 4 Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
