Ingredients
1 cup Apples, fresh, sliced, USDA Commodity Commodity , diced (try Granny Smith or Rome)
0.5 cup dried apricot halves
0.5 cup Raisins, with o seeds, unpacked cup
1 cup Pears, fresh, sliced , diced
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp ground nutmeg , ground
0.5 cup brandy
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp honey


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a bowl mix together ALL of the ingredients.
3 Pour the mix in a casserole dish and bake for about 20 minutes (fruit should be soft).
