1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2 Cut fish into 2-inch slices and sprinkle with salt. Put in an oven proof baking dish. 3 Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, turning the fish over every so often. 4 Bake until fish is opaque, but still pink. White fish is a sign of over baking.
