1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2 In a saucepan, saute the green onion and parsley in the margarine until tender. Stir in the flour and add the salt and pepper. 3 Gradually add the milk, stirring over low heat until the mixture thickens and is bubbly. 4 Remove pan from the heat and add the sherry. Gently fold in the crab meat. 5 Place mixture in a casserole dish or use individual ramekins. 6 Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
