Ingredients
2 eggs
2 egg whites
0.25 cup sugar
0.25 cup packed light brown sugar
0.75 cup Cereal, wheat & malt barley flakes
2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp margarine , melted (trans fat free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.12 tsp salt


Directions
1 Using electric beaters, beat egg, egg whites, and sugars. Stir in cereal, milk, margarine, vanilla, and salt.
2 Spoon mixture into a 1-quart souffle dish or casserole.
3 Put dish in a roasting pan on oven rack and pour 2 inches of hot water into roasting pan.
4 Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes, mixing about 25 minutes into baking.
5 Take souffle dish out of pan and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
Additional Information
Add some dried fruit into this for another texture, or sprinkle some toasted almonds on top.
