Ingredients
1 butter flavored cooking spray
6 eggs
0.33 cup whole milk
0.25 cup white whole wheat flour
2 medium apples , cored, thinly sliced, and sprinkled with fresh lemon juice (Granny Smith)
1 tbsp packed brown sugar (light)
1 tbsp fresh thyme


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
2 Lightly coat 3-quart ovenproof pan with cooking spray.
3 In bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and flour. Pour into prepared pan.
4 In medium bowl, toss apple slices with brown sugar and thyme leaves.
5 Gently place tossed apple slices into pan with eggs.
6 Bake until frittata is puffed, golden brown, and set in center, 8 to 10 minutes.
7 Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
